Delete your data
Rest has no account, so there is nothing to close. Your workouts live on your iPhone and you erase them yourself in two taps. For the little technical data sent to our providers, email us.

Erase your workouts (on your iPhone)
- Erase everything but keep the app: Rest Settings > Data > Reset All Data. Workouts, routines and settings are permanently deleted.
- Delete the app: long-press the Rest icon > Delete App. The local database and the random identifier used for statistics are erased.
- Backups: if your iPhone backs up to iCloud, a copy of the app's data may remain there until the next backup. Manage it in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage > Backups.
We never had a copy of your workouts: there is nothing else to delete on our side.
Usage statistics, crashes and purchases
PostHog (statistics), Sentry (crashes) and RevenueCat (purchases) receive technical data tied to random identifiers, with no name or email (details in the privacy policy).
To request deletion, use the button above or email the address shown. Include what helps us find your data: iPhone model, period of use, country and, if you bought Rest Pro, the order ID on your Apple receipt. We delete what we can identify at each provider and reply within 30 days.
Without this information, we cannot link anonymous data to you. Crash reports are deleted after 90 days anyway.
Your subscription
Deleting your data does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Rest. Payment history is kept by Apple under its own rules.
