Terms of Use and Sale
These terms cover your use of Rest and the purchase of Rest Pro. In short: a 7-day free trial, then an annual subscription that renews automatically and can be cancelled anytime in your iPhone settings. Or a one-time lifetime purchase.

1. Who provides the app
Rest is published by NAELO SAS (see the legal notice). Contact: aurelien@naelostudio.com. By downloading or using Rest, you accept these terms.
2. License and Apple's EULA
Rest is distributed on the App Store. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to your use of the app. These terms supplement it; if they conflict, Apple's EULA prevails as regards the license.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Rest on Apple devices you own or control.
3. Rest Pro
Rest Pro unlocks the whole app: unlimited exercises, progression, lock screen timer. Access to the app or to some features may require Rest Pro. Two options are offered:
- Annual subscription, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, renewed automatically every year.
- Lifetime purchase, a single payment with no renewal.
The price of each option, including taxes and in your App Store currency, is shown in the app before you confirm. It may vary by country.
4. 7-day free trial
- The trial starts when you confirm the annual subscription. Nothing is charged for 7 days.
- Eligibility is decided by Apple: one trial per Apple ID and subscription group.
- If you allow notifications, Rest reminds you 2 days before the trial ends.
- When the trial ends, the annual subscription is charged automatically, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- If you cancel during the trial, Apple may end access immediately.
5. Payment and auto-renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- The subscription automatically renews for another year at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the period.
- If the price changes, Apple notifies you in advance and, where the law requires it, asks for your consent before renewal.
6. Cancelling
Manage and cancel your subscription in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Rest on your iPhone, or from your account in the App Store. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep Rest Pro until then. No prorated refund is given for the period already started.
7. Lifetime purchase
The lifetime purchase is a single payment that gives access to Rest Pro for as long as the app is offered and compatible with your device, with the Apple ID used to buy it. On a new device, use Restore Purchase in the app.
8. Refunds and withdrawal
Purchases are made with Apple, which collects the payment. We cannot refund or cancel a purchase ourselves. To request a refund or exercise a right of withdrawal, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, under Apple's terms.
9. Your data and backups
Your workouts are stored only on your device (see the privacy policy). Deleting the app or resetting the data erases them permanently. Use Export Data in Settings to keep a copy: we cannot recover lost data.
10. Health and safety
Rest is a training log, not medical advice. Suggested rest times are general guidelines. See a health professional before starting a program, listen to your body and stop if you feel pain. You remain responsible for your training.
11. Liability and warranties
We do our best to keep Rest working without interruption but cannot guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for the loss of data stored on your device.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer, including the statutory conformity guarantee for digital content and services.
12. Changes
We may update these terms, for example when the offer changes. The current version is always on this page, with its date. A material change never applies to a subscription period already paid for.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If there is a dispute, email us first so we can find an amicable solution. Otherwise, the courts designated by law have jurisdiction; as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
